Disconnected 2 downspouts

I had 2 downspouts disconnected and then extensions added to take the water away from the house. The serviceman was helpful and I liked that he explained his proposed solution. He arrived when promised and was professional. It ended up being too wet to do some needed caulking but he came back next day to finish the caulking as promised. Thanks!
